A delightful combination of excellent food and service. We had lunch on the patio which has umbrellas to shade the tables. We shared an appetizer of spring rolls. I had their seafood pho which was excellent. We also ordered a beautiful salad with chicken and shrimp.

Modern restaurant with surprisingly a ton of space inside! It is super clean and inviting. You cannot go wrong with their curry night on Thursdays. My fiancé loves the drunken noodles. They have another special on Tuesdays for the pho which is BEYOND GOOD. Service is good, but it can sometimes be very busy. But prices are reasonable and food is packed with flavor.

Clean, modern vibe. The food was really fresh and generous portions. We had the chicken satay, shrimp appetizer, yellow curry, pad Thai, and Two Lines roll. Loved everything!! And our server was lovely. Definitely will be back. Cash discount so bring cash.

Looks small from the outside, but then you walk in and it's a whole new place. There's a balcony overlooking the river. To much bug the night I was there. Service 10/10, food 6/10. The only reason I'm giving a six, the red curry wasn't great at all. The Thai fried was good as will as the mussels. If I'm ever on that neck of the woods, would give them another go.

This place is not much to look at from the outside but you will be pleasantly surprised when you walk past the hostess stand and into the main restaurant. I ended up sitting on the balcony overlooking the Chenago river. The food was 7.5 out of 10 (it would have been 8/10 but the green mussel garlic appetizer was not as warm as I would have liked). The Babcock ocean entree was delicious. I didn't really care for The Empress "mocktail", but later found out it was the cocktail, which includes the stoli blueberry vodka (my server was new and it was an honest mistake). They ended up taking it off the bill. Overall, I thought this was a hidden gem and plan to come back in the future.

Binghamton was not a place where I thought I'd find halfway decent Thai food. Located in downtown Binghamton near their cluster of restaurants, Thai Time is a pretty nice spot that has a dining room, bar and even outdoor seating on the water if you're in the mood. The decor is nice and has the nice touches of Thai artwork hanging on the walls. The menu is eclectic - lots of Thai dishes and even more sushi. I suppose in a place like Binghamton, you want to cater to as broad an audience as possible and offer dishes that are well known to those less familiar. Good thing that both sides of the menu are pretty decent. Their drunken noodles were really good and I like the fact that they allow you to customize the spice level (I told them to make it as spicy as possible and it didn't disappoint). Sushi was also better than expected. Prices are fair and service is incredibly friendly. Parking can be a bear in the area but that's about the only downside I could think of. Great find in Binghamton.

Best when the food comes piping hot straight from the kitchen - tonight did not disappoint! Pad Thai is a heaping feast that easily ensures leftovers (yes, I have had it as a single meal). Wait staff in a post COVID world can be uneven but tonight was very smooth. Limited wines by the bottle (4-5 per color) - likely broke rules with full-bodied 19 Crimes Cab but I was happy. Summer on the patio is spectacular, inside by the bar has good vibe, corridor to the back feels like an old-school Asian restaurant in its own right.
